Users and data subjects also have the right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR to the future processing of data concerning them, provided the data is processed by the controller pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided that deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information to the contrary is provided below regarding individual processing procedures.

Hosting

Our website is technically provided and hosted on the servers of Image in Motion GmbH, Passauerstraße 35, 81369 Munich (Germany). Image in Motion GmbH processes the personal data generated through the use of our website on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Image in Motion GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time our website is accessed, Image in Motion GmbH automatically collects data and information from the operating system of the accessing device. Further information on this can be found in the “Server data” section.

The legal basis for data processing in the context of hosting is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and efficient provision of our website.

Display of profile data from the etalenta.eu platform

On our website, we present graduates of European drama schools. The data displayed for this purpose originates from the non-profit platform etalenta.eu, which is operated and hosted on the infrastructure of Image in Motion GmbH. The following data is displayed: photo, name, associated drama school, playing age, year of graduation and available residences of the respective graduate. The information on playing age, year of graduation and available residences serves the filter function on our website, enabling users to conduct targeted searches.

Since both websites – european-graduates.com and etalenta.eu – are operated on the same server infrastructure, loading the profile data does not involve any data transfer to third parties.

The complete profile of the respective graduate is hosted on etalenta.eu. If you click on the name or photo, you will be redirected to the corresponding profile on etalenta.eu. The privacy policy of etalenta.eu applies to data processing on that platform, which you can view at

The legal basis for the display of profile data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in making graduates of European drama schools visible and providing the casting industry with a clear, central source of information with targeted filtering options.

Server data
